Thank you so much to everyone who’s already RSVP’d. We’re really grateful for the effort people are making to be there, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you.

We’ve had a few questions, so we thought it would be helpful to share some extra information now. We’ll keep this page updated over the coming months.

Flights

General wisdom (and Google) says short-haul flights are usually cheapest around six months out. The best-value options tend to be Ryanair or Vueling.

There are multiple flights:

  • Thursday evening

  • Friday morning

  • Saturday morning - although this might be a bit risky with delays

The wedding starts from 6pm - we are in the land of the siesta (everything starts late & finishes late), so there should be a few options that work.

We recommend keeping a close eye on your flight details in the lead-up to the wedding, given the current situation in the Middle East.

Menus - New update

We have our menu options ready. Head to the Menu page to choose your main and let us know by 30th June.

If you have a dietary requirement, we have it captured, and your meal will be prepared with this in mind. 

Sunday BBQ- New update

We're hosting a BBQ pool party the day after the wedding, starting at 3pm, with food at 4pm. Dietary requirements will be catered for.

The BBQ is a sit-down meal, so if you RSVP to join, we'd really appreciate it if you kept to it (no hungover bailing, please! 😉).

  • Eggplant salad with pine nuts & yogurt

  • Corn & egg salad with crispy bacon

  • Rocket, courgette, asparagus and feta cheese salad with pesto

  • Beetroot, onion and avocado salad

  • Rocket, spinach & quail egg salad with pine nuts and sesame

From the grill

  • Beef burgers

  • Iberian ribs

  • Pork skewers

  • Chistorras, sausages and chorizos

  • Marinated chicken legs

  • Atlantic fish skewers

  • BBQ'd squid

Dessert

  • Poached pears with fruit sorbet

Drinks

  • Beers, wine, soft drinks, and coffee are included

If you’re staying at the Hacienda - New Update

Check-in

Check-in is at 4pm, though you're welcome to arrive from 3pm. Check-out is 11am.

Friday evening

We're hosting a welcome dinner at 8pm for those staying on site, with a range of traditional meat, fish and vegetable paellas, salads, and drinks.

Saturday daytime (before the wedding)

Saturday is yours to enjoy. Relax by the pool, head out to explore, or ask the Hacienda owner about excursions — horse riding is a favourite apparently. Just let us know if you'd like to arrange anything.

All rooms have mini fridges, so feel free to stock up on snacks for lunch — we’re in the land of jamón after all. If you'd prefer something more substantial, lunch can be ordered through the hotel and added to your room.

Buffet Lunch Menu

  • Endive and avocado salad with pesto

  • Seasonal fruit and ice cream

* The Price is 50€ + 10% IVA + 10% Service charge.


Payment for rooms

Rooms are booked and paid for individually. This also includes any drinks or food ordered through your rooms.

If you’re staying in Seville - New Update

Transfers

We’ll be putting on a coach transfer to and from the wedding. Pick up is at 5:30pm, and your pick-up point is on Avenida Menéndez y Pelayo, next to the underground car park Cano y Cueto and the Jardines de Murillo. Look out for a white bus with "LEMUS" in blue writing. It takes 50 mins from this location to the Hacidena.

We'll be in touch with the bus driver on the day, and Sunny has kindly volunteered to be our responsible adult at the pick-up point to help with any questions.










Things to do

We spent a weekend in Seville a month ago and WOW, what a city! The Hacidena Owner gave us a list of places to go, and we have put them on this website under “Things to do” in case this helps with exploring.
